My Review Of FlowTrack.co

Whether you're a service based delivery company, a solo-preneur, or a brick and mortar business, having a CRM to help you run and automate your business can save you lots of time and help you scale.

There are lots of CRM's on the market and choosing the right one for your business is essential.

In today's review I will share my experience with a CRM that may be new to you. That CRM is FlowTrack.

I discovered FlowTrack through a Facebook Ad in 2021 at a time when I was starting to get serious about creating a second stream of income for my family.

What Is FowTrack?

FlowTrack is a platform where they merged 14 services into 1 SAAS which every person that is currently in business or wanting to go into business should have as part of their day to day tools.

I started using Flowtrack in 2021 as I needed a way to capture the details of the forms that my leads were filling in. I had done this on my word press site before but what stood out for me, was how easy it was to customize my forms and to then be able to put my leads into an email automation workflow based on what they had completed on the form.

Prior to this, I needed to use a form creation software, a third party connector (like a Zapier) which would then send the details to my Email marketing software where I had to pay premium to be able to automate the workflow.

I am now able to get all of this one within a few minutes and I can customize my flows based on pretty much anything I can think of. I am now able to use sms and text notifications in addition to the simple email workflow I was using before.

What Are The Benefits of FlowTrack

FlowTrack is an affordable solution in that their prices are very competitive and will allow you to cut back on several if not all of your other monthly CRM and lead generation costs with the exception of Ad's as you will still have to pay Facebook, Google etc to run your Ads.

FlowTrack allows you to setup simple and complicated workflows that you would previously have had to have had a team running. Now you can setup it up in a matter of minutes and focus on selling your products and services.

It allows you to build simple and complex forms in minutes.

It is a fully functional CRM which can be used for leads and existing customers.

You can build out funnels and websites

You can sell your products with ease and invoice customers.

You can create email and sms workflows where the possibilities of serving your customers are endless.

You have the ability to create a mobile app for the software on your phone which makes it easy to check on the status of leads, customers and campaigns.

This is how FlowTrack specifically helps my business:

I sell my courses and books and a trigger is sent to FlowTrack which places my buyers in a "Flow" (this is a workflow which sends them emails based on what they filled out when they bought the product, filled out a form etc).

Create customizable forms based on where my clients are located (primarily South Africa and the USA)

Deliver my lead generation downloads and places my leads into a "Flow".

It allows me to track all conversations from a central / unified chat dashboard.

It allows me to schedule appointments in my CRM which places my contacts into a "Flow".

Other Benefits of FlowTrack that I am in the process of switching over from my current service providers:

My webpages that I built years ago are currently hosted on a different platform, but I have started building my pages on FlowTrack and the speeds at which the page loads is a lot faster than my current host. Once I am able to migrate every everything over the intention is to move my sites across.

FlowTrack launched a memebership area to the software. This works on the same basis as Wishlist member where you can lock down certain pages on my site based on what the user has paid for or that I grant the user access to.

FlowTrack makes it easy to incorporate SMS and IVR's into ones systems:

As my business model is course and book sales, I have not used these much so far but have started to see ways in which other coaches and course creators use this in their business which adds value to their customers and I will be rolling this out in the near future too:

SMS - The ways in which this can be used are to mention a few, sending SMS's when I run my challenges to remind my prospective customers of the challenge, to SMS reminders on appointments.

IVR - To have a number on my site that customers can call without me always having to be available in person and to direct them to the right next step on their journey (whether it is providing them with detail on how to schedule an appointment, to them being provided with a solution based on their query).

Their online support is very quick to respond to queries that I have had.

Flowtrack's pricing is really competitive and takes into account the soloprenuer all the way to the marketing agency:

They have identified the needs of people at various stages of the journey and have factored that into their pricing (see current pricing below)
